Long time ago humans and elves lived together in harmony. Elves were able to use energy from the things around them to create spells while humans were smart and capable of crafting powerful weapons. Humans were able to create a type of weapon which could be used to control the energy just like the elves. When one of the elves realized this he stole the weapon and decided to consume all energy he could to become the most powerful being. A war started and without the weapon humans were no match for him, to survive humans were sent in exile to a distant land far away from the forest while elves stayed to fight. Time passed, elves managed to seal the evil and send it to the sky, while humans long time ago forgotten about the real evil, leaving only a fear to the unknown forest.

The story revolves around two friends, one from a conservative town and the other from the magic forest. When Orla´s father (a renowned warrior) finds out about his daughter spending time with a forest person, he separates both girls and decides to start an expedition to extinguish every forest person close to the border. Soon later her father is found death and only his weapon remains. Orla is forced to join the army as everyone in the town must complete basic training to be able to defend themselves from the unknown danger. She trains hard and learns to use her father weapon hoping she can fight for a peaceful future. Unfortunately in her first expedition which was supposed to be a simple one around the borders of the town, she sees her friend in the distance and blindly follows her. She ignores the calls of her friends and enters inside the forest where she is ambushed by the forest people. She is so shocked by the fact her friend betrayed her she isn’t able to see how Nixie is desperately trying to stop her kind from attacking. Orla paralyzed by her feelings doesn’t react to the attack of the forest people and is saved by Isac who followed her, which results on the loss of his arm. Orla swears to kill her ex friend next time she sees her as she is convinced of her betrayal.

No long later, a meteor falls from the sky and the group of friends decide to find it, ignoring the calls from the elders. Elves knowing what’s to come try to stop the group, but will be that enough to stop the evil from coming back stronger than ever?
